Saril aka Hibiscus tea is drunk all year hot or cold, most heavily during the Christmas season. The flower provides a deep red mouth watering tart liquor similar to cranberry juice. I enjoyed a wonderful cup of unsweetened iced Hibiscus Tea prepared by the amazing ladies at Kakoi Panama. Kakoi is an amazing little tea shop in the heart of Panama City Panama.
